"Rhythm reaches the memory. Breath restores the nervous system. Relationship is what makes both of them last."

About CC360

Founded on four decades of advocacy

Courage Community 360 (CC360) is a community engagement consultancy built where music, wellness, and neurological care programming meet. Its work brings rhythm-based memory support, breathwork, and relationship-centered programming to caregivers, families, and the people they care for.

Founded by Carlana Stone — the first female paraplegic in the U.S. to fly a plane solo, an Emmy-nominated producer, author of Never Give In, Never Give Up, and an ambassador for Music Mends Minds and the International Association for Human Values.
